                       "Amazing grace, how sweet the sound... " The Master Mind Jesus discovered this Law of Good and taught that we each possess the power to make use of this Law.  "If I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you," He stated.  The Comforter (Grace) is the Law Of Good in action ... or as Dr. Holmes explains in the "Science of Mind" glossary:  "Grace is the giving-ness of Spirit to Its Creation and is not a special law, but a specialized one.  In other words, Grace is, but we need to recognize it.  It is not something that God imposed upon us, but is the logical result of correct acceptance of life and of a correct relationship to the Spirit.  We are saved by Grace to the extent that we believe in, accept, and seek to embody, the Law of Good; for the Law of Good is ever a Law of Liberty and never one of limitation.  Limitation is not a thing, not an entity, but a belief.  Freedom is a Divine Reality."

        As long as we are looking to Jesus ... or to someone or something other than the Indwelling Presence of God ... for our Good ... we will not recognize Grace or as Jesus stated, "It will not come unto you."  And if we do not recognize It ... it is only logical that we cannot embody It.  Many of us lose sight of Grace because we have a greater belief in coincidence than we do in It ... and some of us may even call it "luck."  But ... it is neither coincidence or luck that is effective in our lives ... for the Law of Good is not a law of averages ... but a Law of precision ... It works precisely in alignment with our "recognition" that It is working.  As we cease to recognize that It is working ... or begin to doubt in the power and presence of It ... it ceases to work for us ... as Dr. Holmes stated, "it is not a law that God imposes upon us."

      Every waking moment of the day we are making choices as to whether we are recognizing the Law of Good ... or something else.  As invisible to the eye as gravity or electricity, this Law of Good, is easy to forget ... or to dismiss ... but it is far more powerful than even gravity or electricity.  It is the thing that can remove debt, fear, illness, loneliness and discord from our experiences ... or not.  Just like electricity and gravity ... it is always available ... but we must learn how to make effective use of it ... and we do this by "recognizing It in our mind" through our thoughts and our beliefs.

       As we cultivate and foster a conviction in the Law of Good, we will bear witness to the marvelous and amazing power of Grace in our lives.  We will let go of ineffective words like luck and coincidence and know that the Grace of God Is Present in our lives ... that the Law of Good is doing its perfect work with precision.  "Amazing Grace .... how sweet the sound" ... as we quietly and with confidence feel Its Presence in our consciousness ... as peace, love, harmony and joy.
