Archived Messages

                    "Let not your heart be troubled," stated the Great Metaphysician Jesus.  But his words have been lost to so many of us because He was teaching that the Father (Spirit) indwells us.  Jesus said, "when you see me, you see the Father."  In other words, when you see me, you see peace, joy, happiness, power, strength, harmony - when you see me... you see ... Life, Truth and most of all Love.  All these things and more are the Father that dwells within us - the Spirit of Life, Truth and Love.  This is the image that God created us in and in "His image of us," we must learn to live, and as we do almost every concept, belief and assumption that we have lived by will be eliminated in our consciousness.  But without spiritual understanding all this is meaningless and does little more than give us momentary comfort - but not the peace and satisfaction that comes from experiencing the Truth.

         As we begin to contemplate and meditate on the idea of the "Father Within," this "Indwelling Presence," that Dr. Holmes refers to in the Science of Mind, we can begin to open our mind to the Truth of the One Life, One Mind that Is God and in which we all live, move and have our being.  Instead of looking to God-out-there for anything, we can recognize as did Jesus that "God-in-me" is the Presence, Power and Intelligence that will lead me and guide me to my highest and greatest Good.  "God-in-me" knows what I want before I ask... and "God-in-me" responds to me as I turn to God and away from the world.  In scripture we can read, "closer to us than breathing, nearer than hands and feet."  Let's quit looking for God in the clouds ... let's stop looking to anyone or anything to give us our Good and understand that "God-in-me" is a magnet that attracts every good thing I want or desire.

         Read and repeat this affirmation often each day:
         God-in-me lifts my life to its highest level.  God-in-me changes illness into health.  God-in-me brings peace amidst turmoil;  God-in-me brings success out of failure; and Go-in-me brings victory out of defeat.  God-in-me brings companionship and happiness out of loneliness.  God-in-me responds to me, for it is the Power that Dwells Within Me!

         Reading and repeating this affirmation will begin to clear our consciousness of our old concepts of our relationship with God..... and we will begin to "realize" as did the Master Mind Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Mohammed, Dr. Holmes, Dr. O. C. Smith, Dr. Bitzer, Dr. Joseph Murphy, and Charles Fillmore .......... all the great mystics .... the ever-present Presence, Power and Intelligence in our every moment of living... and as we experience this Irresistible Power of Love ... it will never occur to us to "let our hearts be troubled."
                          
 And So It Is!
